Council Charter

ICHAI operates in accordance with its Charter, which defines:

• •Conflict-of-interest principles

The Charter is publicly available.

Stewardship Role

ICHAI acts as steward for the Human-Governed Intelligence Protocol (HGIP), a voluntary global reference framework.

Stewardship includes:

• •Interpretive guidance
• •Advisory dialogue
• •Periodic review support

ICHAI does not certify, enforce, or mandate compliance with HGIP.

Independence & Ethics

ICHAI maintains independence through:
